JAJAH Announces PC-Free VoIP Calls in Mexico
JAJAH Announces PC-Free VoIP Calls in Mexico,JAJAH has announced the launch of JAJAH Direct in Mexico. With this service, users can make low cost international calls from any phone without needing any downloads, headsets, special mobile phones, or broadband service.
Company officials claim that 10 million people in America, England and other parts of Europe are already using JAJAH Direct to save on their phone calls, and this service has now been extended to Mexicans. The company combines the savings of an Internet call with the convenience of being able to use a normal phone. Earlier, VoIP calls were only available with an Internet connection, but with JAJAH Direct, users can make low cost, high quality VoIP calls without using a computer as the service can work on any landline and mobile phone.
Roman Scharf, JAJAH co-founder, said that for too long people in Mexico have suffered under the strain of costly long distance calls. He observed that as Mexicans travel and relocate around the world, most of them now know people living in other countries.
“Everyone wants to keep in touch with these friends and family, but until now, not everyone could afford it. JAJAH Direct is a solution that works for everyone, not just the techy people. Everyone knows how to use a phone, and now that phone can be used to make low cost long distance calls,” explained Scharf.
JAJAH Direct has made people free from long distance dialing, and now they don’t have to sit in front of their computer, or use calling cards that run out in the middle of a conversation. With this service users can simply call a local number and speak to anyone, anywhere in the world.
JAJAH was in news last week when it partnered with IBM (News - Alert) Research to introduce a free phone service, JAJAH.BABEL that translates short English phrases into Chinese and vice-versa, in real time.
